Shipping policy

Some items can take up to two weeks for production before shipping. If you have any questions about a production timeline, feel free to email us at info@christianstoneandco.com.

All products purchased from us, once fulfilled and packaged, are shipped via FedEx Express, insured, with signature required. The cost of shipping is included in the total cost presented to you at checkout. Once your product has been handed to FedEx, we will forward you the tracking confirmation details.

Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge, which you must select or request at info@christianstoneandco.com. Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available.

Multiple products ordered under a single order may not always ship together. If an order ships in multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

To ensure safe and secure delivery, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International buyers are responsible for any import fees and/or taxes.

By ordering products from us, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions of the third-party shipping logistics providers we use to deliver your order, including ShipStation and FedEx.
